Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Itto (the "Service"), operated by Yassine Gayl ("Itto", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Itto connects to analytics and search data you authorize and provides AI-generated analysis, reporting, and recommendations. The Service is currently in early/beta and may change, break, or be unavailable.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. You're responsible for your account, your credentials, and activity under your account. Keep your access secure.

3. Your data and content

• You own your data and content (your business context, notes, and connected data). You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the Service for you.
• You're responsible for having the right to connect any analytics/search property you link, and for complying with the terms of those third-party services (e.g., Google).

4. Acceptable use

Don't: break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to access other tenants' data, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service, or use it to build a competing dataset by scraping our outputs at scale. Use connected third-party data only as their terms permit.

5. AI output — no professional-advice guarantee

The Service produces AI-generated, informational analysis and recommendations. It can be wrong or incomplete. It is not professional, legal, financial, or guaranteed marketing advice. You're responsible for decisions you make using it; verify before acting on anything material.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (Google, Anthropic, DataForSEO, Apify, and others). We're not responsible for their availability or actions, and your use of connected services remains subject to their terms.

7. Fees

The Service is free during beta. If we introduce fees, we'll give notice and you can choose whether to continue.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ITTO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $100.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service anytime and request deletion of your data. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified, and continued use means acceptance.
